Google Earth is an interactive way for students to access and gain information in an interactive and collaborative setting. Students can work together or in small groups to research information such as maps, explore cities, ancient sites(Google Lit Trips) and explore local or global sites.
Scribble maps are great for subjects such as Maths and SOSE where students can engage in areas such as measurement and mapping.
Students can explore students from other countries where they live and compare this to their own area.
I enjoy using this tools because it is easy to use caters for a variety of learners.
